  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit,

  • Defective,

  • Incorrect, or

  • Missing items from your order,

please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Images of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

Exchange requests are subject to product availability at the time of processing.
